For today's Vault caption, I bring you a recent caption from yester-year created for Dani Colorado.  When I first began captioning, I was completely against the idea of any mental changes.  I mean, why bother being transformed if you won't remember why you wanted to be transformed in the first place?  But over the years, I've discovered plenty of grey areas...  more than 50 shades :P

Been a while since I've posted any Morph.com captions, so here's one of the first ones I created back in 2011 for today's 'From the Vault' Friday.  Those who know me know I love Magic Remote, so when I discovered Morph.com on Writing.com--a story about a website that could change anything about anybody--it was right down my alley.  I will point out I don't think Morph.com is supposed to do object transformations, but I don't see any reason why it can't.  The idea is incredibly similar--and might make more sense--than Magic Remote.  Well, as much sense as a magical website that can transform people by entering a couple of words into a translator-type function can be.

Confession time: I had a day off yesterday, and amongst the fun of Iron Man 3 and test driving a whole bunch of cars, I completely forgot about my regular Friday update!  So to reconcile, here's two Kaity captions from 2011 to get you through the weekend!

Here's something I whipped up for a new user on the Haven this passed weekend.  Normally, I don't go for surreal type captions with folks I haven't captioned before, but methinks a change I sense.  Maybe--to some degree--I've stopped worrying about what somebody wanted and just tried focussing on making captions I am happy with.

Here's the most recent of my attempts to make Dee laugh.  Honestly, anytime I see a beautiful girl being silly, I want to just hug her...  and then write a funny caption!  Pretty and Silly in the same picture is with no doubt my favorite combination.  Of course, they say a girl can only be two of the following three: Smart, Pretty & Funny.  If that's true, I'll take the last two any day of the week, and then argue that it takes courage and intelligence to be funny.

Sometimes I just need to write and get things flowing...  Last week led to creating this cap for Maddie, who I feel like I haven't captioned in ages, but more realistically it's just been a few months.  She actually provided this picture, and I just wanted to take it in an unexpected direction.  Challenge completed?

Moved On

Today's From the Vault features a caption which I created before I even began trading!  This might have been the fifth or sixth caption I ever created (Not really sure what the first one was).  I remember long ago I had decided to just write some--mostly to see if I could do it.

I like--no LOVE--cosplay.  Never actually done it myself, but let me tel you there are EXTREMELY talented people at it.  And that can only mean great 'live action' photos for caption stories.  As mentioned in my disclaimer, I don't own the photo, and in this case I don't own the cosplay either.  But it DOES inspire a story.
