Missed Connection

As much as I'm a huge chicken myself about coming out with things like this, sometimes it really does pay to just be totally upfront and honest.  In Marsha(ll)'s case, s/he might have had something really special with Lisa and her girl on the side, from the sound of things...but alas, it wasn't meant to be, and one has to wonder if the other girl will even stick around now?

That's what happens when you play the odds, Marsha!  ;)

Beauty Sleep

Something about this one really hooked me, and I'm trying to avoid humblebragging, but I'm really proud of it.  I know the magic stuff throws some people off, but this one's so subdued, and it's just about hope, and renewal, and I'm going to stop before I get accused of being a hippie now.  ;)

I'd Do Me

Ah, I do so love that moment of realization:  when a boy who's been convinced to dress begins to realize how much he actually enjoys it, that is.  =D  Even if Tyler's giving his sister a hard time about all of this, I have to say, he's being too harsh on those shoes--I like 'em!  ;)

B for Brendetta

Well, let's be honest, with all the lack of attention to detail, giving Brendetta a B is pretty generous.  Here's a capback I made for user taralyn2011.  She's a big fan of getting transformed by accident and not wanting or desiring the change, which speaks to me because that's where I started on this journey.  I always liked being the innocent bystander when a transformation happened--you had done nothing to deserve it nor did you want it, but it was there anyway for you to deal with.

Silence

Several emotions running through this one:  lust, for one, obviously, but there's also desperation, anticipation, curiosity, and toward the end, a little fear, I'd suggest.  Eric(a?) obviously did a great job of physically transforming, but will it hold up under scrutiny?  ;)

Espionage, Part III

It's the continuing adventures of Brandon and Emily, the incognito specialist and his liaison, respectively!  We've still yet to discover what their exact relationship is, and for that matter, how Emily feels about "Brandi" subbing in for an actual woman on the job, but you have to admit that s/he's capable of producing one hell of a disguise, even if s/he can be a little difficult...  ;)

Backfired

Nothing too ground-breaking here, but her facial expression (as always) caught my attention, as though she knows something no one else in the room knows...unfortunately, she appears to have also fallen victim to her own plot!  ;)

In Back

I'm not normally into bondage, but I felt like this story worked quite well.

Blessing or Curse

Going back to my roots here, as this one's probably more similar to the first cap on the blog than I've done in quite some time.  Black and white shots don't typically catch my eye, but this one...something about it got me, and I feel like they lend themselves well to first-person caps, thus...here we are!  ;)

Wrong Side of the Bed

Probably the only one from me today unfortunately, as I'm quite busy with icky real-life stuff, but it's pretty intense, in any case--though many of us would just love to be in this predicament, sometimes it hits the person least interested in such a thing.  This happens to be one of those times, though as I always say, "at least she's pretty!"  ;)

Wrong Place, Right Time

From the vault today is a caption I created a while back for Lyndee Mason, of whom I've grown quite akin to.  I just enjoy capping this wonderful Havenette.  And normally, I caption her with her almost trademark glasses.

Speaking of trademarks, this is also one of the first captions I began trademarking as a 'Kaitlyn Caption.'  It is also one of the first captions in which I invented a new way to enjoy something like the great shift, but on a smaller, less world-threatening scale.  What's really interesting about this particulaer piece is the return caption Lyndee made for me, which followed the same theme.  In fact, it happened at the same event I created for her caption:

Say What Now?!

I've mentioned my obsession with expressions before, and while this one may not seem to fit the profile, it's actually perfect.  Logan's nearly-neutral look forces one to wonder what s/he's thinking, and so I chose subdued excitement with a dash of concern right there at the buzzer.  The end result is, I think, very flattering to what appears to be an up-and-coming girl.  ;)

Mix It Up

This can definitely be a problem for boys in tights...or, so I hear, anyway.  ;)

Personally, I'm more worried about Alex putting a ridiculously huge run in there, but then again, who knows what the stakes are if the boys are discovered?

Stood Up

I know, two mirror captions in the same week.  Told you I'm a fan.  Plus, in mirror shots, you get to see the girl twice.

I've been on a return streak lately, and this is just one of the latest created for Tar on the Haven.  My premise on this one was to try something different--where through some unknown magical force, a man became the woman he wanted to date, but in the process has become so infatuated with the idea of dating, that she has forgotten who she was in the first place.

In An Instant

Kind of a quick one here, but then again, that's the theme:  a second-person story where your actions have changed the whole of reality in the blink of an eye...or, at least, in the time it takes someone to fall onto a bed, I suppose.  ;)

Femmitis + 100 posts!

Ladies and gentlemen--well, mostly ladies, I presume, one way or the other ;) hehe--this is, indeed, my one-hundredth post!  I'm so glad to have had the opportunity to provide you all with my captions, and I hope you've enjoyed them as much as I've enjoyed making them for these past few months.  But don't worry; I'm not going anywhere!  100 is just a number...let's make it an even bigger one, shall we?

Admittedly, post 100 is a bit darker than most of mine, but this one really felt kind of haunting to me from the second I saw it, so I figured that should play into the caption.

Time's Up

Practical magic at work here, but I love the dynamic of one of the group being satisfied with the change.  Since we can't see their faces, you have to wonder if they didn't exactly get as lucky as their friend there...of course, that begs the question why they wanted the change in the first place, hmm?  ;)

Serving Time

Mid-week post.  Something from my *ehem* naughtier side methinks.

Debt to Pay

With a gift like the one Jules has, you'd think he would've ended up like this long before now, but I suppose when you make a major mistake like teasing a non-existent proposal, you're asking for it.  But hey, at least he has a cute girlfriend, even if she wishes it were "fiancee`" instead!  ;)

Youth in Revolt

Or, at least, "youthful appearance trying desperately to revolt against an unexpected interest in the feminine," but honestly, that's a bit wordy.  =)  I love how she looks so upset, and yet, that little dip of the heel of her shoe is so obviously flirty that it's just ridiculous!  ;)

Reflection

Been bouncing back and forth from the fantastical to the more traditional TG today, and this one definitely falls in the latter.  I've seen quite a few pics like this, but this is really the first one that spoke to me as a caption candidate.  =)

Bargains

Both "shopping for bargains," and "bargaining for his old life back," it would seem.  =)  I have to say, Christy might be convinced, considering her "husband" is doing an awfully good job of adjusting to the predicament she placed him under--for what, we may never know--but his two cardinal mistakes will be 1) asking for reconsideration, and 2) being too good at adjusting to the change.  Christy may have just found herself a fun girlfriend, instead.  ;)

Tucked Away

Several unanswered questions here, especially as to what Simon/Sidney's original intent was with dressing up, but I just love the idea of the ex-girlfriend getting excited at the thought of getting back together with an all-new girlfriend of her own.  ;)

Supply & Demand

Playing a little catch-up after missing yesterday, my dears--apologies for that, but I was just absolutely swamped with the game and everything else.  In any case, I've been paying close attention to my most recent poll, and I have to say, I'm rather surprised that so many of you who prefer hardcore caps are still coming here!  I mean, I'm so very glad that you do, but most of my stuff is quite tame...so, with that in mind, I decided to venture out into the pool a bit and post my first cap featuring nudity.  It's not much, but hopefully, you'll enjoy it.  =)

Objectified

While I don't do too many 'object transformations,' I have found that they have a special place in captions at times.  I was never really into inanimate transformations until I read a story in which those who were objectified could still feel and think as the object--that changed everything about object TFs for me.  Here's one I created recently which allows those transformed to communicate telepathically.

Smoke and...

As presented in my TG ABCs letter M, I love Mirrors in captions...  not so much in everyday life.  This is one I created last week for Katie Mills.  Maybe I just have a soft spot for fellow Kaitys (though one likes to pretend she hides by wearing a mask), but I really enjoyed creating this caption.

Welcome Back!!!

Sorry friends for not posting. It has almost been an year since I last posted. A lot has happened in the last year. I told my girlfriend about my crossdressing. She was initially OK but I don't think she realized what it meant at that time. She thought it was just some weird habbit of mine and will go away. But slowly and slowly as we talked more she realized its quite different from what she thought it to be. She asked me one simple question "What if you had choice to live as girl for rest of your life without any social pressure? What would you be man or woman?"
At that moment I told her I am not sure of the answer. But slowly and slowly I think I am realizing what my choice would be...definitely a woman. This is a bit frustrating. When you are not clear about your own identity it creates problems in your life. Till last year I was sure that I am not gay. When I told my girlfriend about my crossdressing, the first obvious question was ARE YOU GAY. I told her clearly I was not. But now I am not sure even about that. When I look at any other guy, I don't feel sexually attracted towards him. But many a times, I feel like I need to suck a cock or have anal sex. I even tried dating a guy but in the end I chickened out. I was simply too afraid.
As of today, I am not sure what I am.

Coming Back to Him

Got a little bit of everything in this one:  obliviousness, magic, and a smokin' hot girl to go along with it.  Well, two, if you count the one that we can't see...yet.  ;)  This one seems ripe for a follow-up as well, so hopefully someday, I'll be able to sit down and do a "Where Are They Now?" post that wraps up all of my loose threads.  =)

Hop Victim

I'm beginning a trend with posting a caption "From the Vault" on Fridays.  A trend I think is rather fun (and easy) for me to do.  It's good for an artist to look back at their previous work.  What they were writing like, what kind of photos they were using, etc.  I don't really do too many father daughter swaps anymore, but I've created my fair share.  This is a favorite from 2010.  Enjoy, Comment, Do as you will...

Be a Peach

Give the sort of old-school Southern belle vibe I inadvertently gave off from the narrator of this one, I felt like her hypnotic trigger for "Chelsea" should be the kind of thing you'd hear one of them say when she wanted something...and so, hence the title.  ;)

The Best Disguise

Just a quick one for today, but I do love these oblivious-type caps; they've certainly grown on me!  =)  I originally thought this one would be ripe for a follow-up, but really, it'd just be a pic of two sexy magician's assistants, and...wait, why was there a problem with this?  ;)

Safe at Home

I knew that, after bringing up how many non-magical caps I'd been doing lately yesterday, this would probably happen.  =)  No worries, though--it's all about where the muse takes me.  Best of all is that "Ellen" is probably around to stay, since theoretically, if she makes another wish, she'll no longer be "safe at home," and who knows what that might mean?  ;)

Business & Pleasure

Ladies, here's a recent creation I made for Dani Colorado over at the Haven.  I love pressing this girl's hot buttons, so I always put on my devious mistress cap when I start writing for her.  This is a good representation of two things I think make current captions great:

1. The majority of the caption is dialogue.  For some reason, having two characters speak to one another seems to make the caption more real.  Or maybe that's just me.  Inner thoughts work very well too.

2. I never say what the method of change was.  I like doing this for a couple reasons.  First of all, it allows the reader to decide what it could be--an MAU, something from SRU, Medallion of Zulo, Magic Remote, etc.  Point is it let's the reader get what they want out of the caption.  Which is my second point; a lot of havenettes in the trading gallery have some specifics about what styles of transformation they like.  Letting you pick the style within the caption means it will work for you.  The only disadvantage to this form of writing I can think of is for those who like descriptive changes.

Do you agree or disagree?  Leave your comment below!

Not Ready

One more quick one for today!  Not sure why I've been so drawn to true TG caps lately, but I'm sure there are those who are rather excited about that.  ;)  For me, I'm just glad to have inspiration to make you beautiful ladies some fun caps to read!  =D

The Photoshoot

I'm forever on the hunt for interesting facial expressions, but I especially like this once since it's so subtle.  She looks beautiful, and yet, that smile seems so forced, and I can't help but imagine that there's some coercion going on here...of course, in reality, she could just be a bad model, but I like to let my imagination wander a bit too much to let that be the end of it.  ;)

Demonstration

So, those of you in the know are probably aware that Rampant Rabbit is actually an extremely popular sex toy...but knowing that, surely it's not too unreasonable that they would look for ways to get into the TG business, right?  (Just go with it!)  ;)

Gamer Girl

First of all, I just LOVE this look!  Not one I could ever pull off myself, but on the right girl--or guy, for that matter, hehe--it's absolutely awesome.  Secondly, not too bad of a plan here, huh?  If you could make yourself that convincing IRL, why not use it to your advantage?  ;)

Waiting

Apologies for the cliffhanger ending, but without a follow-up pic, I felt like it would've been hollow to make the decision and take that power away from you, the readers.  This is now your choice and your story; once posted, I leave the fate of my caps' casts up to your imaginations   What happens to Ryan may be in Whitney's hands, but for all intents and purposes, you all ARE Whitney.  =)

Z is For...

Well ladies, here it is.  The end of Kaity's TG alphabet.  Z is for Zebra because, well, Z is always for Zebra.  That's what we teach the kiddies anyway.  Of course, it must be mentioned that Zerophiliac would have fit well here.  If you haven't checked out that movie, I recommend it as one of the better TG-inspired independent films.

Zebra seems to cover something women can do effectively that men can't: effectively wear animal print.  I'm not saying men can't wear it, but...  well, they don't really make it, do they?

And so concludes the ABC's of TG.  If you enjoyed this little series, do not fret or cry!  More themed series are on the way...  or at least, I have several ideas and hope to have the time to sit down and write them soon.

Remote: Copy

A request to continue the shenanigans caused by the enchanted remote from this little cap earlier in the week; this time, the user got a little too over-enthusiastic to fit in with a certain group, and it worked just a little too well... ;)
