W is for...

Let's be honest, one of the ALL-TIME favorites of TG has to be weddings regardless of the transformation method.  Why?  It's a perfect excuse to squeeze someone into an insane pre-planned day where they more than likely have to wear a dress, heels, and professional make-up regardless of being the bride, maid of honor, or really just any girl at a wedding.

Wedding-themed captions have a special place for me, because, well, it was a wedding caption that got me started.  A contest on the Haven back in 2009 (Yes, that was 4 years ago) involving a wedding-themed caption and the SRU Reversal Rings, which you can see here:

So, even though this post is for the W of TG ABCs, I wanted to pose a question to all my viewers: How do my current captions compare to the ones I've created in the past?  Obviously the photo editing has improved; I'm more-so asking about the story-telling itself and the way the image works to assist in telling it.  Leave your comment below!

The Morph-X Project

Okay, this one is way longer than I originally intended; fair warning!  I just got into the writing and couldn't let go until I was finished...I think the non-magic cap project must be working, because I'm far more motivated to draw out my transformations without relying on a hand wave of the supernatural.  =)

To be fair, this one's kinda scientific "magic" in and of itself, but I think it's really fun, and it's another pic I've been dying to use but couldn't decide how to do so until now.  If you make it all the way through it, I hope you like it!  ;)

In the Spotlight

Okay, so this is my first attempt in quite some time at a more traditional TG cap, one where the "transformed" is still technically male underneath the layers of femininity...so go easy on me!  =)

I've actually been trying to work out how to use this pic for some time now, so when I made the decision to try a more original TG-style caption, I thought I'd give it a second look with that mindset, and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out, even if it's perhaps a little wordy.

Seems that I have an easier time with descriptions in this case, for some reason...hmm.  Anyway, hope you enjoy, ladies!  ;)

Belated Christmas Gift

One more for the weekend, and one more Christmas-related cap before we put away the tree until the next holiday season.  =)

I have to admit, I'm personally not as satisfied with the story on this one, but I just HAD to use this pic for a cap!  I've promised myself that this coming week, I'll be trying some new transformation methods I think may draw in some new viewers:  scientific, for one, and some will also be actual TG caps where there's still a boy in there somewhere.  Shocking, I know, but stay with me--it's an experiment for now, and we'll see where it goes.  ;)

Blast from the Past

Here's an interesting little tidbit for a Sunday post:  I actually created a few captions back in the day, which was approximately several years ago.

I barely remember creating them, and I went by a totally different pseudonym (and ran with a very different circle, too), but these crude little attempts did indeed come from my hands at some point in time...and probably against my best interests, I've decided to share a small sampling with you ladies today!  =)

Go easy on me, as these were most definitely my first captions ever, and they're definitely not masterpieces.  Even so, enjoy!

Off Limits

I've decided to mix in the old with the new by dropping some things from the Kaitlyn Vault onto this blog.  Not a foreign concept by any stretch of the imagination.  This caption comes from several years ago when I first began trading on the Haven.  I remember having difficulty adjusting to what other captioners liked, and this cap was one I felt I broke through fairly well.  Back then, I was completely against any kind of memory integration--times have changed a bit--so I struggled with ways to make it work, and this seemed to be one of the better attempts.

Big Sister is Watching

...or maybe not, but I don't think Valerie's too worried about it anymore.  =)

Bethany's methods may seem a bit extreme to some--I mean, sure, she did just completely change someone's life to suit her preferences, and now her boyfriend is technically rooming with a cute little hipster girl, but somehow, I get the feeling that Beth can keep things in control.  ;)

Half and Half

And this, my dears, is why you don't mess around with magic until you know exactly what you're doing.  =)

At some point, I meant to make mention of the fact that Rachel might have had more success had attempted to change Quinn's name--it's feminine enough for an actual girl, but being androgynous, it probably didn't help much as a focus for the spell.

In any case, maybe it's not so bad...I mean, I wouldn't be too upset about trying to "train" the new Quinn.  ;)

Twin Magic

Not the direction I expected to take with this one, but Jenny's expression was just too interesting not to play around with for a bit.  It's as if she's saying, "Your timing is terrible, but if you insist, I'll be a sexy girl just for you, you little scamp."  So playful, and most definitely precocious...I love it!  ;)

Noir Story

A cap I made for Gwendolyn over on the Haven quite recently that I had a lot of fun with developing.  Gwendolyn has a thing for smoking girls, and by that I mean both literally and figuratively.  I had wanted to incorporate this in such a way that would make sense, but not blatantly come out and say "she's now developed a craving for cigarettes."  I've tried this tact before with some success--the idea that I'll let the action in the picture say that much for me with having to reiterate.

I also played around with some of the effects my editor has to create a comic-book appearance.  Of course, true Noir form would probably be in black & white or sepia, but I really like the way the colors turned out when put through the filter, and feel it allows this caption to pop a bit more.

Try the Wine

One more before I turn in for a little beauty sleep tonight!  I've had the second pic in my queue for some time now, but I never could decide how to place her precocious grin until I found the initial pic tonight, and instantly, it all came together.  My first second-person attempt as well, so I'll definitely be awaiting the return on this one.  =)

Definitely some unanswered questions here:  how does the wine work, exactly?  Can the curse ever be passed on, or is the cursed simply compelled to continue its work?  Perhaps we'll find out someday.  ;)

What We're Made Of

A little present I made for Caitlyn-Masked and Dee for the Link Exchange.  Specifically considering Caitlyn said I was the 'Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice' of captions.  You ladies rock my socks.

See For Yourself

A quick one, to be sure.  Shannon and Fran were obviously having an interesting conversation before we caught up with them, but about what, I wonder?  ;)

Special Cap: Ashleigh's Reveal

Recently, my good friend Ashleigh B. (of OMG I'm a Girl! fame) posted some sexy little pics of her true self, and I was so proud of her for overcoming her nerves and strutting her stuff, I couldn't resist--I had to make a little something special to mark the occasion, with her permission of course.  This is the end result, although it's a bit simple, I hope she (and everyone else!) enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it!

PS:  Get a load of the pins on this chick!  Am I right or what?  Rwowr... ;)

Babette the Adorable

Another request this time, but in reality, it's more of a collaboration between Alterarachobia and I, given that the original idea and the pics were supplied by him (her?  ;)  hehe), and I simply put them together and ran with the plot thread.  Fishnets may not have won big in the first poll here on the site, but with a French maid, they're pretty necessary, in my opinion.  I hope you all enjoy this one, even if it's a bit lengthy!  =D

EARTH 63

As the TG ABCs come to a close, I have stated I am working on some other continuing projects; the next of which is my idea to use the internet Rule 63 as a means of TG Universe.  I don't plan on changing the actual character; instead the caption series will focus on people who become these gender-bent characters.  I'm posting this a bit early as I am still in development, but furthermore, I would like your input!  What fictional characters should I include (and keep in mind, all of the Avengers are fair game, even though I used them here)?  I obviously have a list, but I would love to here from you.  Send a photo if you have it, or if not, let me know who I should search for!

These Boots are Made for Walkin'

...so get to it, Kelly.  ;)

This one definitely turned out a lot darker than I expected--not a place I go very often, but sometimes, the cap demands it.  I'm in a great mood, I swear!  =)  Kelly probably won't be though, especially once she realizes what's happened to her.  On the other hand, Eileen now has a friend who's well-versed in magic, so perhaps they can use that to find her a more appreciative boyfriend...

Vintage Style

Had to do a little research for this one, as the 60's were definitely before my time.  ;)  Even so, I checked into popular names of the era, as well as the music, etc. to help make it more authentic.  (I mean, as authentic as can be when your focus is to turn a man into a sexy woman, of course.  hehe)

The more caps I do, the more I notice little preferences of mine, it seems.  I already admitted to enjoying the idea of a bit of regression, as well as shrinking (or petite girls, at least), and with this one, I realize I picked it primarily because of the dipping with the shoe there in the foreground--while wearing tights, I find that incredibly sexy.  Hmm...wonder what that says about me?  ;)

Perfected Potion

I'm on bit of a roll today, aren't I?  =D

These pics are the polar opposite of the one from "Pseudo-Cinderella" below, in that I really thought they were adorable when I first saw them, but I didn't have a clue how I would cap them.  Luckily, after putting them together, my vision cleared up enough to make this, and I'm actually pretty proud of it.  I think this will probably be a popular one.  Plus, I would totally steal that outfit, given the chance...and maybe some of that elixer too.  ;)

A Sucker's Bet

I've had this particular pic sitting around for a little while now, and I always intended it to be an introspective one; it's very much the kind of pic I would normally cap as a diary entry or some such.  Instead, I started to recall a certain plot thread I read a long time ago, though I can't seem to remember where exactly, and I thought it would fit perfectly here.  Not sure that I'm totally satisfied with it, but it's fun, either way.  =)

Pseudo-Cinderella

In retrospect, I totally should've stuck to the title and named the transformed girl "Cindy" instead of her...friend?  Girlfriend?  Wife?  Who knows?  =)

Either way, this is another of those "gimme" kind of pics that is just begging for a caption, so it didn't take long to come up with a concept for this one.  I don't often do all-dialogue caps, but the picture seemed to dictate it, and I'm rather pleased with how it came out.  ;)

Carly's Acting Skills

Welcome to the new year, ladies!  =D

I must admit, I needed a little extra beauty rest yesterday after a long night on NYE, so apologies for that, but I'm back with a vengeance today!  This is my first cap of 2013, and it's another requested image from Alterarachobia, who has sent me some of the most lovely pics to caption, so thank you for that, sweetie.  ;)

Looks like Carl's got just what he wants, though he still can't bring himself to tell his friends--even so, I have to wonder how receptive to Carly's new look they'll be...hehe!

V is for...

Had I timed things right, I would have posted this one on the fifth of November...

Go on Over

Here's one hot off the presses I created for Havenette dani.  I like the way the subtleties play into the caption.  This is also a good example of having the character worry about the situation rather than what caused the transformation in the first place.

Poll: Sequel Potential

Okay, so I'm ALMOST off for a little soiree` tonight.  ;)

But first, I've mentioned a few times lately that I think some of my caps are ripe for sequels--only problem is, I can't decide where to start!  So, I'm going to turn to you, my dears, for suggestions.  =)

Please comment below on which of these caps of mine you'd like to see followed-up in a future post:

...and by all means, feel free to utilize that "Other" option to your heart's content!  I just selected the ones I thought would be most likely to receive a continuation, but if you have another suggestion, I'd love to hear it. I'll also be glad to entertain the idea of follow-up pics; in other words, if you find a picture you think would be a great way to further an existing cap of mine, send it along, please!

We'll check the results in a week or so and go from there, okay?  =)  Have a great night, girls, and be safe!

A New Year to Remember

What would a holiday like New Year's be without a saucy little TG cap for all of my wonderful friends and fans, hmm?  ;)

I've always found NYE to be one of the "sexier" holidays, given that it's one of the few not often associated with family.  Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, and even Memorial Day are all usually attributed to spending time with our relatives, but on New Year's (and others--Halloween comes to mind, as well as Valentine's Day, of course), it's more acceptable to, and generally more geared toward things like partying, dressing up, and having a few drinks along the way.  It's one of my favorites, to be honest; I love my family, of course, but NYE is all about cutting loose, and I do so enjoy a night of freedom, fun, and living life.  =)

So, with that in mind, I hope you all enjoy this holiday themed cap, and I'll see all of your beautiful faces in 2013!  For now, I'm off to a little soiree` myself...hmm, what to wear, what to wear?  ;)

U is for...

Ulla...  wow wow we we wow wow wowee.

As with most letters, I could have chosen something more obvious for the letter 'U.'  However, I really liked the idea of trying to describe the relief felt when removing a piece of unfamiliar clothing on an unfamiliar body.

Requested: Brittany's Gamble

Hello again, girls!  =D  This cap is an amalgamation of a pair of pictures sent to me by my good friend Alterarachobia as a request; as soon as I saw them, I thought they'd work together perfectly.  Sometimes, the TG part of a change goes off without a hitch, but it's what comes afterward that needs a little polish to be just right.  Brittany took a big risk in getting what she wanted, but it appears to have paid off!

Of course, since she never actually saw the coin toss's result, we may never know for sure, hmm?  ;)

Hope you all enjoy, and thanks again to Alterarachobia for the great pics!  =)

Once a Trouble Maker...

This caption asks the question: "If the gender were changed, would it really make a difference in behavior?"  I love this theme in TG media, since it allows the writer to explore how change might affect someone.

Heading back home tomorrow, so expect the next letter in the TG ABC's to be revealed soon!

The Cursed Ring

Introducing a new item here; you can actually see it on Bethany's hand if you look a little closer.  I really like the idea behind this, being that it isn't necessarily a TG item, but I'll be using it to that effect, obviously.  It could theoretically produce lots of different types of new girls, so we'll see how it takes off.

In the meantime, I think Ron's got a fun night ahead of him with his new, apparently-submissive girlfriend.  ;)

Not Quite Reluctant

Not entirely sure how I feel about this one--it's a hell of a lot longer than I originally intended, and in the end, I'm not sure it conveyed the message I wanted it to carry.  Ken's really into being Kendra, but he can't tell his girlfriend, so he tries to get himself intentionally punished into being changed, and now it's coming back to bite him in the tight, firm little ass.  ;)

Yet again, I may add to this one down the road; was Kendra successful, and did Jeff cheat on Mae with "her?"  Maybe we'll find out someday.  =)

Cory's Last Night

That is, before his girlfriend made him into Cora, of course.  =)

I've always been a huge fan of white tights, so when I saw this sexy little POV shot, I thought it'd be fun to combine it with the blonde minx in the first pic, who looked mischievous to me the second I saw her.  The dialog's meaner than her expression, but I imagine it to be very sarcastic as she spits it at her now ex-boyfriend.

Speaking of which, I was due up for a revenge cap, but as with many of my works lately, I wonder where this one would go if it were continued?  Plenty of unanswered questions:  How did Cora's girlfriend transform her, and do others know who Cora is, or is she a stranger to them?  Plus, what kind of shoes will she pair with that outfit?  ;)  hehe

(PS:  Be sure to check out the new poll down and to the right!  Thanks, babes!)

There She Goes

Honestly, I wish getting rid of the holiday weight was this easy.  I took a page from Dee and tried out a cap where the who and the what didn't really matter...  simply the expression on the girl's face and the dialogue are left to tell the story.

Violet's Mistake

Seems as though Alterarachobia was reading my thoughts, as I had an accidental transformation in mind the second I saw this pic, and now, here it is!  =)  I had a few extra seconds to spend on this one, so I think I got it exactly how I wanted it, even if it is a bit generic.  Perhaps a follow-up in the future, to see if Violet ever succeeded in getting her brother back?  (Hint:  Probably not, but maybe she made it even worse, and that would be fun, yeah?  ;) hehe)

Sugar & Spice Crossover

Hello again, ladies!  This is a special post, as it comes from the mind of my bestie, Miss Katie Mills from over at the Sugar and Spice TG blog.  She thought it would be fun for us to choose a picture for each other to caption, since typically, we scour the 'net for our own inspiration.  These are the results:

So, the top pic is the one that Katie chose for me, and I definitely found it a bit challenging.  I'm not typically much of an outdoorsy girl, so the setting forced me to think, but I was actually pretty proud of it when it was completed.  And the bottom pic is the one I chose for Katie--admittedly, I was kinda thinking about us at the time ;)  She did a fantastic job with it, and I hope you all love it as much as I do!

Get Home Now!

Text message conversation caps have always been interesting to me, though to be fair, I think I went a little overboard on this one...I hope it's not too difficult to read!  If so, just right-click and open it in a new tab.  Could've taken a turn for the worse, but I ultimately decided to end this one on a happy note.  =)

Retribution

I've started using morph.com in captions for a few months now, and I really like the universe.  It's similar to the magic remote--and those who know me know I LOVE the magic remote.  It's the point where I decided that the catalyst for transformation didn't need to make sense necessarily, because a good story is really about the characters and relationships.  What thinkst thou?

Fits Like a Glove

I don't typically do a lot of mind control-type caps, but I thought this one would be fun to try with it, especially with the huge grin on Holly's face--she obviously doesn't realize what she's up to here, and Bella (as well as the rest of us, I presume) is loving it!  Hope you do too, my dears.  ;)

Plead the 5th

So, while I am out of town and therefore away from my regular computer, there won't be a TG ABC posted this week, but I do promise two things.  First, next week we'll see the next two letters, and second, I've made a couple other goodies (see above) until I can.  Happy Holidays!

How the Other Half Lives

Another change that has always intrigued me is age regression stuff, but only to late teenage years--legal stuff, of course.  =)  This one is about exactly what I would expect from a no-nothing husband who needs a good dose of femininity and humiliation.  ;)

A Birthday Wish

This particular girl may show up again in my caps, because she is absolutely adorable!  This is one of my favorite of her pics, so who knows--maybe Gabrielle will get lucky a second time?  ;)

Merry Christmas!

Couldn't let Christmas come to an end without a new, holiday-themed cap for you all!  ;)

Smaller

So, this is where a little confession comes out:  in addition to my interests in TG and nylons, I've also dabbled a bit in the shrinking arts!  Never been big on taking it to the realm of fantasy--dolls don't exactly do anything for me, if you get my drift--but especially when TG comes into play, I like the idea of the new girl being much smaller than she was before.  Not only does it enhance the femininity, but it also reduces the bravado of the former male...plus, I just think petite girls are adorable.  ;)

With all that in mind, this one takes a turn in that direction, and I definitely had a lot of fun with it!  Love Leighton Meester, of course!  =)  This is also the last of the caps I had created when I started the blog, so every post from here on out will be brand-new material you're seeing for the first time!

Diaries

The first cap here is one I put together several months ago on a whim, envisioning the possibility that I'd be doing this more often in the future...and so it was!  The second reflects that, and since I just recently created it, hopefully it shows some improvement as well.  They both follow a diary entry theme, which I personally find interesting.

Liz, the Coin, and texting

This is one of my favorite caps I've done thus far, especially the pic itself.  When I saw it, I knew I just had to make a cap of it in this style, using the text-message screen to tell the story.  It also brings together both Liz and the Magic Coin setup, though I think the concept could've stood on its own, either way.  =)  Hope you enjoy!

Christmas Gift (Link) Exchange: Alectra's Playgrounds

Hello again, ladies!

Over at Alectra's Playgrounds, I received a wonderful write-up of the blog in the hopes that more of you--of US--would visit soon, so this is me returning the favor!  Alectra's caps are typically a bit more risque` than my own, but she does some fantastic work, and besides, we could all stand to be a little more risque` now and then, eh?  ;)

This is one of my favorite caps of hers--I hope you enjoy, and check out her blog too, please!  =)
